This position is for candidates with a positive approach to the role who are able to inspire and support Key Stage 2 pupils. The successful candidate will have a varied range of responsibilities in the classroom including the general welfare and attention to pupils with varying ranges of ability.

Little Reddings is a two-form entry primary school with nursery which is part of Bushey St James Trust. We are located in Bushey, serviced by Bushey Station (London Midland and London Overground Lines) and a good local bus service in addition to easy access to the A1, A41, M1 and M25.
The salary for this post is between APT & C Points 9 – 14, plus London Fringe (actual salary range £8,636 – £9,425 p.a. + fringe £472 p.a.) dependent on qualifications and experience. The salary for the Lunchtime Supervisor part of the role is APT & C Point 6 (currently £1,686 p.a. + £94 p.a.), paid pro rata for the hours worked.
Applicants should be educated to post 16 level or above and have a high degree of common sense. Experience of working with children and the willingness to undertake suitable training is essential.
